The Secret Sauce

I work with many companies and get a chance to observe their growth. Business scale up because of several reasons.

A lot has been written about differentiation, strategy, business model, etc. However, based on my observation, one secret ingredient in the success of companies in the inclusion of women in the leadership team.

Companies that have women in the key roles have:

- Better culture

- More empathy

- Higher creativity

- More accountability

- A balanced gender ratio
