Have you got all bases covered?

If not, the beautiful mosaic in the picture would soon turn out to be a game of snakes and ladders.

Every business has to have at least one cell from each of the 7 rows covered. That becomes a path to meet the customer requirements and delight them. If any row is missed out and one tries to short circuit the way to the next row, the consequences will be as disastrous as an electrical short circuit.

On the other hand, if you strategically add cells, over a period of time a robust enterprise can be built.
