Every Design Thinking Workshop I conduct is a learning experience for me too.
This team begun defining their Problems and Goals at 3 pm.
They worked on it till it was well past midnight.
They were back at the job next day at 9 am!
They completed the Storyboard and conducted customer interviews before calling a day at 6 pm.
